Our offering for the 1.8l turbo crew! This 1.8l miata turbo manifold was designed by Corky Bell, author of Maximum Boost and designer of the original Flyin' Miata turbo manifold. This offering is cast and hand cut right here in Texas to your specifications.
Features and Benefits of the Blip Speed 1.8l Miata turbo manifold
- Cast and machined in the USA from the molds acquired from BEGi
- Features a unique central baffle to reduce the tendency of the exhaust gas from cylinder 1 & 2 from interfering with the flow from cylinders 3 & 4
- Supports low to high-power output engines
- Made of low thermal expansion, high temperature, ductile iron alloy
- Slots between cylinders 1 & 2 and 3 & 4 control thermal expansion and reduce the chance for craking or breaking studs.
- Precision machined mating surfaces
- EGT fitting available upon request
- Fits stock 8mm studs, though we recommend and offer 10mm studs for heavy duty applications
- Options for T25/T28 or T3 turbo flanges
- A solid foundation for your 1.8l Miata turbo kit!
Manifolds are hand cut for every order, this process currently takes up to 5 business days to complete, please take this lead time into account when ordering manifolds. Contact us for custom orders not listed such as external wastegate, multiple EGT ports, or custom V-Band fittings etc. Manifolds are shipped with a matte black coating that will burn off during regular use. Manifolds are intended for off-road racing use only.
